Evan Thomas Byron was born on May 25, 1980, in Cincinnati, Ohio, and spent his childhood in Carmel, Indiana. From a young age, Evan developed a strong academic foundation, which laid the groundwork for his successful legal career. He pursued his undergraduate studies at Indiana University Purdue University in Indianapolis, earning a Bachelor of Arts in History and a minor in Spanish in 2002. After completing his undergraduate degree, Evan continued his educational journey at Case Western Reserve University School of Law in Cleveland, Ohio.
